If you missed the premiere of T-Mobile’s ‘Dance’ advert during Celebrity Big Brother, then you should fo check it out on YouTube. T-Mobile have created a special channel for everyone to enjoy not only the excellent feel-good ad itself, but other related material in their ‘Life’s for Sharing’ campaign. Filmed inside London’s Liverpool Street Station on the 15th January 2009, it took 350 dancers and plenty of hidden cameras to create and capture the complex dance routine itself plus the (more…)

After an uneven start, Superstars of Dance comes out with their second two-hour bonanza in as many days. Will the directing be any better? Will this set of dancers be more impressive than the last? Will that Argentinian judge stop scoring people in a “Opposites Day” fashion? We’ll find out soon. Spoilers Tonight’s offerings will be solo-heavy with a whopping eight. I have two hopes for today: 1) Obviously the US will be doing breakdancing for the group specialty and they’d better not suck

Last night, I went to see Selene Colburn participate in “freedom of information.” Colburn was one of 31 dancers across the country who took part in Miguel Gutierrez’s day-long dance/protest piece, a response to the U.S.-led wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Each of the dancers agreed to move for 24 hours — while blindfolded, and wearing earplugs.
